Our Second Annual A Rare Affair

The night will begin with a VIP Hour where Sponsors and VIP ticket holders will have the opportunity to experience a full hour of tastings and food in a less crowded environment, as well as speak directly with board members, partners, sponsors, and wineries. After the VIP Hour, all guests will be able to enjoy delicious food stations and hors d'oeuvres, an hour and a half of wine tastings, a full open bar with top-shelf cocktails. We have some exciting NEW winery additions this year straight from Napa Valley as well as the addition of rare tequilas! We also will have a silent auction to accompany the live auction and a live band!
We are working hard behind the scenes to make A Rare Affair bigger and better this year and we anticipate another sold out event! Thank you for helping us support families and children through their rare disease journey. We hope to see you on February 10!

About WARD’S Foundation
WARD’S Foundation was established in January 2021 by Caroline and Trey Winslett in memory of their son, Ward, who passed away from a rare disease in October 2020. The Foundation is Working to Advance Rare Disease Support in order to improve the lives of people affected by rare diseases. Their mission is three-fold: They aim to increase the awareness, education, and prevention of rare diseases. They aspire to walk alongside families in their rare disease journey by providing resources, guidance, and support. They strive to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and overall patient experience.
